About this piece: There is a song named "sunflower" by artist Post Malone. My son has found such a fascination for it. And we listen to it often. Sometimes when I am having a troubled day I close my eyes and I see him singing.  I created this line figure shape during postpartum. It represents my son, someone new to life, full of joy and excited to discover the world. The body has a "heart" shape to represent such idea.
