How much is shipping?
Complimentary Canada-wide shipping via UPS or Purolator is available for most original artworks. Oversized pieces may require an additional shipping fee — please refer to each artwork’s description for details.
Shipping to the United States for artworks typically ranges between $40–$180USD depending on size of the painting. And $25-$40USD for ceramics, depending on the weight. Please email me for any questions.

What about Taxes and Duties for United States?
Original artworks are typically duty-free when entering the United States. In most cases, collectors do not pay additional tariffs on original paintings. Any applicable taxes or customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ceramics may be subject to import duties, taxes or courier customs clearance fees. These charges vary by destination and shipment and are not included in the total price or shipping fee. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I view the artwork in person?
Yes. I offer private viewings for larger pieces. Appointments can be arranged via FaceTime or in person at a café in Toronto.

Do you offer local pickup?
I do not operate a storefront or gallery, and all orders must be placed online. Local pickup is available upon request in Campbellford, Ontario.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During holidays or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

How do you ship your art and pottery?
Paintings are carefully and securely packaged in protective flat mailers or boxes to ensure safe delivery. Pottery is thoughtfully packed using recyclable boxes and biodegradable packing peanuts.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within Canada. And 5-9 business days within the U.S.A. During the holiday season, minor delays may occur.

All sales are final. If your artwork or pottery arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos so we can discuss next steps.
