How much is shipping?
Free Canada-wide shipping via UPS or Purolator is available for all paper artworks. Most canvas pieces also ship free, with the exception of oversized works. Please refer to each artwork’s description to see if an oversize shipping fee applies.

Shipping to the United States is currently limited due to restrictions. Please email me to discuss available options.

For all other countries, please email to request a shipping quote.

Can I view the artwork in person?
Yes. I offer private viewings for larger pieces. Appointments can be arranged via FaceTime or in person at a café in Toronto.

Do you offer local pickup?
I do not operate a storefront or gallery, and all orders must be placed online. Local pickup is available upon request in Campbellford, Ontario.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During holidays or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Please inquire about international shipping rates prior to purchasing.

How do you ship your art and pottery?
Paintings are shipped either rolled in protective tubes (for paper works) or securely packaged in flat mailers or boxes for canvas pieces. Pottery is carefully packed using recyclable boxes and biodegradable packing peanuts.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within Canada. During the holiday season, minor delays may occur.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If your artwork or pottery arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos so we can discuss next steps.
