About this piece: Lately I have been thinking about how much I value quiet moments.
Motherhood and everyday life can feel so full, so fast, and constantly moving, that moments of stillness begin to feel sacred. This piece explores that feeling of slowing down and appreciating the calm that gently finds us in between the noise.
While creating this work, I thought about the small moments where I finally return to myself. The silence that does not feel empty, but nurturing, grounding, and deeply needed.
This piece is a reflection on rest, presence, and the quiet care we learn to give ourselves too.
