Duties & Taxes

Original paintings shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes (including VAT) once the artwork reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the collector.

However, in most cases, collectors do not pay additional tariffs on original paintings, as fine art is often exempt from import duties.

Processing & Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, please allow 3–5 business days for your artwork to be carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Fees

Most artworks include complimentary shipping within Canada.

Oversized artworks may require an additional shipping fee due to special packaging or courier requirements. If applicable, this will be clearly noted in the artwork description and invoiced separately after purchase.

For collectors in the United States, shipping is offered at a flat rate depending on the artwork size. Fees typically range from $45 to $145 USD.

Oversized artworks may require an additional shipping charge. You are always welcome to contact me before purchasing for a custom shipping quote.

Packaging & Care

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Every piece is handled with care and shipped securely.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged (which is very rare), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can assist you right away.
