Unión
Unión
About this piece: Two figures sit face-to-face, their bodies forming a mirrored composition. Each holds a vase at their center—organic, vessel-like shapes symbolizing their individual lives and experiences. The vases, slightly different in texture and tone, evoke the idea of personal identity, yet they lean into each other, representing connection, harmony, and union. The warm, earthy palette enhances the sense of grounded intimacy, while their mirrored posture suggests that in coming together, they become whole.
Painting size 36x48 inches. Acrylic on canvas. Due to its size, this piece requires an oversized shipping fee. A floating frame is available as an optional add-on and is not required for hanging. To add a frame or request a shipping quote, please email hello@desireemartinez.ca
