About this piece: As a mom from the moment I wake up to moment it is time to go to bed, I am busy. Sometimes I mesmerize when it was just "myself." Such memories are so quiet. I can no longer see it, a life without my family. While sometimes I might miss the quiet times, I love the version of me that motherhood has shaped me into.
