About this piece: This piece was created during a time when I was reminded of the importance of self-care. During August and September, my health wasn’t at its best — I had forgotten to slow down, to rest, and to truly listen to my body and mind. Through that experience, I learned a valuable lesson about what we allow in — the energy, thoughts, and emotions that shape our inner world.
This artwork reflects that realization. It’s a gentle reminder that we cannot bloom unless we water ourselves first, and that it’s not only okay, but necessary, to prioritize our own well-being.

All paper artworks ship for free within Canada via UPS or Purolator. Canvas over $600+ ship free. USA shipping is limited due to the current restrictions, please email to inquire.
For canvas pieces under $600 there is a $20 flat fee.
For international buyers: All artworks are exclusive of international taxes/duties. Buyer is responsible for any fees outside Canada.
